SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping: All Online orders are packed and shipped via USPS Priority Mail on Monday-Friday from 8am – 3pmET, at a flat rate per order. Processing may take up to 48 hours, but most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date, and typically arrive within 3 - 5 business days. However, if more than 48 hours is required to process your order, we will contact you to communicate any delays. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
For our local customers within the vicinity of Lanett/Valley, AL, or West Point, GA, you can bypass shipping charges at checkout by selecting Local Delivery. Or, if you are within the range of these cities and would like to meet us locally to pickup your order, you can also select Local Delivery to bypass shipping charges. We are flexible for our customers!
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or shipping information, your order processing may be delayed up to an additional 2 business days.
Returns: Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 3 business days from receipt or Ship Date to return for a refund to your original payment method, minus the cost of shipping if product was shipped.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email SUPPORT@SOUTHERNTRENDY.COM prior to returning items. Packages will need to be postmarked within the 3 day return window to be eligible for return.
Return item(s) must be unworn and in original, new condition with all tags attached or cannot be returned. Please include a copy of your receipt. We have the right to refuse returns. If your return is refused, we will notify you and your items will be returned to you.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs pertaining to each return package; we offer no refund on shipping. We recommend you include insurance when returning packages. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
